3. Orders and Payments

• Order Process: By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order.
• Payment: All payments are securely processed via third-party providers, including 2Checkout. You authorize us to charge the payment method provided for the full order amount, including taxes and shipping.
• Pricing: Prices are in USD and may change without notice. Errors will be communicated before order processing.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Methods & Costs: Shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout.
• Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times vary and are not guaranteed.
• Tracking: Tracking numbers are provided once orders ship.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

• Refunds are issued only for incorrect, damaged, or defective items. Digital products (e-books) are non-refundable once delivered.
• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of delivery via support@thepurchasehub.com.
• Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placing your orders.  After that, cancellations are not allowed.
