1.  Order Processing

All orders are subject to product availability and are produced on a print‑on‑demand basis in the United States.

  • Processing time: 2-5 business days before shipping

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or U.S. holidays

  • When an item in your order is unavailable, we will ship the available items first and ship the rest when available; additional shipping charges may apply


2.  Shipping Methods & Delivery Terms

Shipping times vary based on the carrier and destination:

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • Canada: 5–10 business days

  • Europe: 5–15 business days

  • Nigeria & Rest of World: 7–21 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier practices, or destination logistics.


3.  Shipping Delays

Your order may be delayed due to:

  • Incorrect delivery addresses

  • Customs processing or import restrictions

  • Natural disasters or carrier delays

Orders affected by such delays may take up to 6 weeks to arrive. The Purchase Hub is not responsible for delivery delays outside our control.


4.  Shipping Options

  • Untraceable Mail/Standard Mail: May take up to 28 days. If your untraceable order does not arrive within this time, you may be eligible for a one‑time reorder at our discretion.

  • Traceable Shipping: Orders with a tracking number will be confirmed via email.

Please note: We will not offer more than one reorder for customers choosing untraceable shipping methods.


5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Local customs and immigration agencies determine any duties, import taxes, or fees levied against packages arriving from outside the destination country. These additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your purchase price or shipping fees.


6. APO / FPO / DPO Addresses

Packages shipped to military or diplomatic addresses must use the U.S. Postal Service. Ground, Expedited, or Express shipping cannot be used for these destinations.


7. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is packed and shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information. It may take up to 48 hours for tracking data to appear in the carrier’s system.


8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 5 days of delivery (if delivered)

  • Provide supporting evidence (e.g., photos for damaged items)

We will review and may offer a replacement according to our policies.


9. Countries We Do Not Ship To

Due to restrictions beyond our control, we do not ship to the following countries/territories:

• Belarus
• Crimea Region
• Cuba
• Iran
• North Korea
• Russia
• South Sudan
• Sudan
• Syria
• Turkmenistan
• Ukraine
• Yemen
• Venezuela


10. Calculating Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery destination

  • Product weight and size

  • Selected shipping method

Shipping costs are non‑refundable.
