Refund & Replacement Policy

1. Print-on-Demand Products

All books sold by The Purchase Hub are printed on demand through our third-party printing and fulfilment partner. Each book is custom
printed when an order is placed and shipped directly to the customer.

Because our products are custom printed, we do not accept general returns or cancellations after production has begun.


2. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not entered production.

Once a book has entered production or has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.


3. Eligible Refund or Replacement Cases

We only offer refunds or replacements under the following circumstances:

  • The book arrives damaged
  • There is a manufacturing or printing defect
  • The incorrect item was received.

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of confirmed delivery.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Ordering the wrong item
  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
  • Minor variations in color or print alignment inherent in print-on-demand production

4. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

To submit a request, please contact us at:

Please include:

  • Your Order Number
  • Full name used during purchase
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the defect or damage

All claims are reviewed within 2 business days.

Do not return any items without written authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.


5. Resolution Process

If your claim is approved, we will:

  • Issue a replacement copy at no additional cost, OR
  • Issue a full refund to the original payment method.

Once approved, refunds are typically processed within the following timeframes:

• Credit/Debit Cards: 3–5 business days
• PayPal: 1–3 business days
• Other payment methods: 5–10 business days

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refunded amount in your account.
