At The Purchase Hub, we strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible, ensuring that you receive your books in a timely manner. However, we understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel an order. Please review our cancellation policy below for more information. 1. Cancellation Before Shipment If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can process cancellations on orders that have not yet been shipped. To cancel your order, simply reach out to our customer support team at support@thepurchasehub.com or call us at (440) 709-8514 with your order number. • Cancellation Timeframe: You must request the cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order for it to be eligible for cancellation. • Refund: If your cancellation is successful, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method. Refunds may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider. 2. Cancellation After Shipment Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled through our system. However, you can still return the book(s) once they arrive, in accordance with our Return Policy. • If you wish to cancel an order that has already been shipped, we recommend refusing delivery (if applicable) or contacting the carrier to arrange for the return. Once we receive the returned items, we will issue a refund based on the condition of the books. 3. Pre-Orders and Special Orders For pre-order items or special orders, cancellations may be subject to different terms. If you need to cancel a pre-order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, cancellations on pre-orders are only valid if requested before the item has shipped. 4. Order Modifications We are unable to modify orders once they have been processed for shipment. If you need to make changes to your order (such as updating the shipping address or adding items), please contact us as soon as possible. If the order hasn’t been shipped yet, we will do our best to accommodate the requested changes. 5.
