These books must be returned in their original packaging and without any signs of wear, marks, or damage. Non-Refundable Items: • Books that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer (unless the item is defective or incorrect). • E-books or downloadable content, as these are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded. How to Request a Refund: 1. Contact Us: To request a refund, please email us at support@thepurchasehub.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and any supporting images if applicable (e.g., a photo of the damaged or incorrect book). 2. Return Authorization: If your request is eligible for a refund, we will send you a return authorization and instructions on how to return the item. Please ensure the item is in its original condition for a full refund. 3. Return the Item: Once you have received your return authorization, carefully pack the book(s) in the original packaging (if possible) to prevent damage during shipping. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item). 4. Processing Your Refund: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process your refund. Please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed and credited back to your original payment method. Refunds may take additional time depending on your payment provider or bank. Partial Refunds: If the returned book shows signs of damage or excessive wear, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund based on the condition of the returned item.
