Books must also be in their original packaging if applicable. • Wrong or Damaged Items: If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we’ll gladly accept the return, even if the book has been opened. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo of the issue, and we will guide you through the return process. Non-Returnable Items: • Used, marked, or damaged books (unless the item is defective or incorrect). • E-books or downloadable content, as these items are not eligible for return once they’ve been accessed or downloaded. How to Initiate a Return: 1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@thepurchasehub.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a brief description of the reason for your return. If your item is damaged or incorrect, please attach a photo. 2. Return Authorization: After we receive your request, we’ll send you a return authorization and instructions on how to send the book(s) back. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. 3. Pack Your Book: Carefully repackage your book(s) in the original packaging to prevent damage during transit. Include a copy of your order confirmation or a note with your order number inside the return package. 4. Ship the Return: Send the return to the address provided in your return authorization email. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
